Toasted Wheat Germ Peri Peri Veggie Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup toasted wheat germ peri peri

  • 4 whole wheat rotis or tortillas

  • 1 cup sliced vegetables (cucumbers, bell peppers, carrots, onions)

  • 1/2 cup yogurt or hummus

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  • Spread yogurt or hummus on each roti or tortilla.

  • Layer the sliced vegetables in the center. Sprinkle with chaat masala and salt.

  • Top with toasted wheat germ peri peri for a spicy crunch.

  • Roll the roti/tortilla into a wrap and secure with a toothpick.

  • Serve immediately for a healthy, on-the-go snack or lunch.
