Veggie Wraps
Toasted Wheat Germ Peri Peri Veggie Wraps
Ingredients:

1/2 cup toasted wheat germ peri peri
-
4 whole wheat rotis or tortillas
-
1 cup sliced vegetables (cucumbers, bell peppers, carrots, onions)

1/2 cup yogurt or hummus
-
1 tsp chaat masala
-
Salt to taste
-
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:

Spread yogurt or hummus on each roti or tortilla.

Layer the sliced vegetables in the center. Sprinkle with chaat masala and salt.

Top with toasted wheat germ peri peri for a spicy crunch.

Roll the roti/tortilla into a wrap and secure with a toothpick.

Serve immediately for a healthy, on-the-go snack or lunch.
