Multigrain Atta Thepla
Ingredients:

1 cup multigrain atta
-
2 tbsp curd
-
1 tsp ginger-green chili paste
-
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
-
1 tsp sesame seeds
-
1 tbsp finely chopped fenugreek leaves (methi) or spinach

Salt to taste

Water to knead the dough
-
Oil for cooking
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix multigrain atta, curd, ginger-chili paste, turmeric, sesame seeds, chopped methi leaves, and salt.

Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Roll out small portions of the dough into thin theplas.

Cook on a hot tawa, applying a little oil on both sides until golden and crisp.
-
Serve hot with pickle and yogurt, perfect for breakfast or a travel-friendly snack.
