Multigrain Atta Thepla

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup multigrain atta

  • 2 tbsp curd

  • 1 tsp ginger-green chili paste

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fenugreek leaves (methi) or spinach

  • Salt to taste

  • Water to knead the dough

  • Oil for cooking

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix multigrain atta, curd, ginger-chili paste, turmeric, sesame seeds, chopped methi leaves, and salt.

  • Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

  • Roll out small portions of the dough into thin theplas.

  • Cook on a hot tawa, applying a little oil on both sides until golden and crisp.

  • Serve hot with pickle and yogurt, perfect for breakfast or a travel-friendly snack.
