Masala Paratha
Toasted Wheat Germ Masala Paratha
Ingredients:

1/2 cup whole wheat flour (atta)

2 tbsp toasted wheat germ masala
-
1/4 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
-
1/2 tsp cumin powder
-
1/2 tsp red chili powder
-
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
-
Salt to taste
-
Water to knead the dough
-
Ghee or oil for cooking
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix wheat flour, toasted wheat germ masala, ajwain, cumin powder, red chili powder, chopped coriander, and salt.

Add water little by little and knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Roll out small balls of dough and flatten them into parathas.

Cook the parathas on a hot tawa (griddle), applying ghee or oil until both sides are golden brown.

Serve with yogurt, pickle, or chutney for a nutritious breakfast.
