Toasted Wheat Germ Ladoo

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup toasted wheat germ

  • 1/2 cup roasted whole wheat flour (atta)

  • 1/4 cup jaggery (grated)

  • 1/4 cup ghee

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:

  • Heat ghee in a pan and add roasted wheat flour. Sauté until fragrant and golden.

  • Add toasted wheat germ and continue to sauté for another 1-2 minutes.

  • Turn off the heat and stir in jaggery and cardamom powder. Mix until the jaggery melts and combines with the mixture.

  • Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then shape it into small ladoos.

  • Store in an airtight container and enjoy these nutrient-rich ladoos as a healthy snack.
