Germ Ladoo
Toasted Wheat Germ Ladoo
Ingredients:

1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
-
1/2 cup roasted whole wheat flour (atta)

1/4 cup jaggery (grated)

1/4 cup ghee
-
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
-
1 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:

Heat ghee in a pan and add roasted wheat flour. Sauté until fragrant and golden.

Add toasted wheat germ and continue to sauté for another 1-2 minutes.

Turn off the heat and stir in jaggery and cardamom powder. Mix until the jaggery melts and combines with the mixture.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then shape it into small ladoos.

Store in an airtight container and enjoy these nutrient-rich ladoos as a healthy snack.
