(Emmer Wheat) Roti
Khapli Atta (Emmer Wheat) Roti
Ingredients:

1 cup khapli atta (emmer wheat flour)
-
Water to knead the dough
-
Salt to taste
-
Ghee for serving
Instructions:
-
In a bowl, mix khapli atta and salt. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll out each into a thin roti.
-
Cook on a hot tawa, flipping once, until brown spots appear on both sides.
-
Serve the soft rotis with a dollop of ghee alongside dal, sabzi, or curry for a wholesome meal.
