Pasta With Basil Pesto & Wheat Germ

This pasta is a simple, flavorful dish and best for summer.We’ve added wheat germ to boost nutrients and taste. Try this at home and treat your taste buds with health.


1 cup of farfalle pasta (You can take pasta of choice)

2 cups packed basil leaves

2 tablespoons pine nuts

6 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup halved cherry tomatoes

1/4 cup FoodThink Toasted Wheat Germ

1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt



Start with cooking the pasta ( as instructed on the packet)

To make pesto, take basil leaves, wheat germ, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts and olive oil in a mixture jar. Grind them until it doesn't get the texture of smooth paste.

Transfer this pesto to a large bowl. Toss warm pasta with this pesto. Now add cherry tomatoes and again toast them well season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately for the best aroma and taste.
