Nutritious Chia Seeds Smoothie With Wheat Germ

A protein rich smoothei with wild blueberries, strawberries, banana, almond milk, spinach and chia seeds .A perfect post gym food when added with wheat germ.


1/2 cup frozen black berries

1/2 cup frozen strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries

1/2 frozen medium banana

1 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1 teaspoon chia seeds for topping, if desired

1 teaspoon FoodThink Toasted Wheat germ



Place all ingredients black berries ,strawberries, bananas ,almond milk and wheat germ into blender .
Blend properly until smoothen.
Add more almond milk if mixture is too thick.
Pour into a glass with ice cube.
Sprinkle with chia seeds and garnish with black berries. Now enjoy the smoothie!
