Healthy Peach & Pineapple Smoothie With Wheat Germ

This peach pineapple smoothie is a perfect healthy drink for summers. We have used honey instead of sugar and wheat germ to add more nutrition value.

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 big glasses



1 cup chilled , peeled and roughly chopped peaches
1 cup chilled , peeled and roughly chopped pineapple
1 cup chilled milk
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp FoodThink Toasted Wheat Germ
1/2 cup ice cubes

For The Topping

4 tbsp crushed ice
4 peach juliennes



1. Combine the milk, honey, pineapple, peaches, wheat germ in a bowl of a blender.
2. Blend until mixture is smooth.
3. Add ice cubes and again blend them well.
4. Now serve immediately in two glasses. Garnish with pineapple slices.
